Q: Where are the size charts? 

A: Every product has a chart in the product's description and the picture gallery. If you can't find a product's size chart in the gallery, please send us a chat! Our sizes are sometimes different from store sizes, Please check the product description for correct sizing.

 

Q: How long is shipping?

A: Shipping is between 2 to 4 weeks usually with a 48-hour to 72-hour processing time

 * We are only able to offer free shipping promos to some locations

 

Q: Do you do returns?

A: Yes, you can return an item if it is still unworn. Please check our return policy for more information on how to return an item.

A: If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately, as our warehouses are located in different locations. Don't worry, all your items will arrive swiftly and on time at your doorstep.

Q: How can I track my items?

A: Usually, tracking IDs are uploaded into the customer's account within the first 7 days of purchase. If, after 7 days, you can't locate tracking details in your account, please contact us.

 

Q What's the uniqueness of the VanillaVogue brand?

 A. It's our luxury, customised and handmade brand.

 

Q. Is the processing the same for the VanillaVogue brand and the other products?

A. No, there is an additional 10 to 15 days of processing because these are handmade and customised products.

 

Q. Can I send you my personal measurements for the VanillaVogue brand, so the style is made according to my measurements?

A. Yes, you can.

 

Q Is the refund process the same for items from the VanillaVogue line?

A. No, because this is handmade, it's not the same. We only refund these items if something is wrong with the item or if there is a valid reason, such as a damaged item or wrong products sent, e.t.c.
