Refunds & Returns Policy:

We are sorry that the item is not suitable for you. If You are not happy with your purchase we are happy to refund or exchange your item as long this is reported within 5 days of receiving the item.

 

RETURNS TIME FRAME

Vanilla Style is happy to return or exchange your items.

Please inform us and send tracking details of postage to us within 5 days of item(s)   being delivered to you.

The returns form will be sent to you when a refund is requested and this should be filled and included in the return package.

We do not offer payment for shipping Returns.

 

All items must be in original unworn and unwashed conditions with tags still attached, unworn, and not damaged while in customers' possession.

Damage refers to stains such as food stains, makeup stains, take tan, perfume deodorant, washing powder, and odors on garments.

Vanilla Style does not accept returns of intimate items such as accessories, swimwear, intimates.

Vanilla Style reserves the right to refuse the return of an item if it's not in the original condition as shipped.

1. Change of mind

2. Wrong color

3. Wrong size

4. Faulty Item

 

WRONG SIZE

Please carefully check the dimension of the item provided in the description for each item before purchasing to avoid the hassle of a refund. We have included the dimension of each item in the product description or picture gallery.

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM

We greatly apologies for the inconvenience.

Please email us at contact@vanillavogue.com within 5 days of receiving the item.

Please include the following information in your email

Order number

Picture of fault or description of the incorrect item.

Please note that we will not accept returns of items damaged by normal wear and tear, and we reserve the right to determine genuine fault in clothing.

Once we receive a faulty or incorrect item we will contact you via email to arrange a replacement of the same and correct item or a similar item of the same price.

Refunds will be provided when these options are unavailable.

 

When returning a faulty or incorrect item, please ensure that care is taken and an item is returned in original condition. All items must be unused and in original condition.
