Shipping time-

*Multiple items may be shipped differently

International shipping  is usually 10-20 Business days 

* Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or charges incurred 

*All items are tracked, and tracking IDs are available after 5 - 8 days of processing time

* For items in the VanillaVogue handmade range, processing time takes 14 to 18 days

*Expedited shipping time: Please contact us if you need the item urgently.

Total wait time is Processing Time + Shipping Time

( This is usually around 2 to 3 weeks in total) Please allow for an extra 2 to 3 weeks if it's a handmade/ customised item from our Luxury range!!)

This may vary during peak season, severe weather, the local holiday period, and our partners' holiday period.

*Please note that sometimes there are issues with customs which is sometimes out of our control, however, our priority is always to ensure items arrive on time.

It is the customer's responsibility/ delivery address to provide the correct shipping, if a wrong delivery address is provided, VanillaStyle cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
