Q: Where are the size charts? 

A: Every product has a chart in the product's description and in the picture gallery, if you can't find a product's size chart in the gallery please send us a chat! Our sizes are sometimes different from store sizes, please check product description for correct sizing.

 

Q: How long is shipping?

A: Shipping is between 2 to 4 weeks usually with a 48 hrs to 72 hrs processing time

 * We are only able to offer free shipping promos to some locations

 

Q: Do you do returns?

A: Yes  you can return an item if it is still unworn, please check our return policy for more information on how to return an item.

*We don't offer free returns

 

Q: Where are your products from:

A: We are always on the look out for unique items and we have our vendors and ship form  Asia, Europe and United States

Q: How do you fulfil multiple orders?

A: If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately, our warehouses are located in different locations. Don't worry all your items will arrive swiftly and on time at your door step.

 

Q: I Can't find the item I am looking for!

Q: How can I track my items?

A: Usually tracking ID's are uploaded into customers account within the first 7 days of purchase, if after 7 days you cant locate tracking details in your account please contact us.
