Q: Where are the size charts? 

A: Every product has a chart in the product's description and the picture gallery. If you can't find a product's size chart in the gallery, please send us a chat! Our sizes are sometimes different from store sizes, Please check the product description for correct sizing.

 

Q: How long is shipping?

A: Shipping is between 10 to 15 days usually with a 48-hour to 72-hour processing time

 * We are only able to offer free shipping promos to some locations

Q: Do you do returns?

A: Yes, you can return an item if it is still unworn. Please check our return policy for more information on how to return an item.

A: We are always on the lookout for unique items, and we have our vendors who ship from Asia, Europe, and the United States.

Q: How do you fulfil multiple orders?

A: If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately, as our warehouses are located in different locations. Don't worry, all your items will arrive swiftly and on time at your doorstep.

 

Q: I can't find the item I am looking for!

A: Looking for a product and can't find it, send us an email at contact@vanillavogue.com or contact us via chat.

 

 

Q: How can I track my items?

A: Usually, tracking IDs are uploaded into the customer's account within the first 7 days of purchase. If, after 7 days, you can't locate tracking details in your account, please contact us.

 

Q What's the uniqueness of the VanillaVogue brand?

 A. It's our luxury and handmade brand.

* Also the brand can be customised to your measurements if requested 

 

Q. Is the processing the same for the VanillaVogue brand and the other products?

A. No, there is an additional 10 to 15 days of processing because these are handmade products.

Q. Can I send you my personal measurements for the VanillaVogue brand, so the style is made according to my measurements?

A. Yes, this can be customised to your measurements.

 

Q Is the refund process the same for items from the VanillaVogue line?

A. Similar,  however, the vanilla Vogue brand can only be returned if they fall within any of the categories below
