ALL ITEMS FROM OUR VANILLASTYLE RANGE
We are sorry that the item is not suitable for you. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange your item as long as this is reported within 5 days of receiving the item.
RETURNS TIME FRAME
Vanilla Style is happy to return or exchange your items.
Please inform us and send tracking details of postage to us within 5 days of the item(s) being delivered to you. Items must be sent back to us with correct tracking details to qualify for a refund.

The returns form will be sent to you when a refund is requested, and this should be filled out and included in the return package.
We do not offer payment for shipping Returns.
All items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed conditions with tags still attached, unworn, and not damaged while in the customer's possession.
Damage refers to stains such as food stains, makeup stains, tan, perfume, deodorant, washing powder, and odors on garments.
Vanilla Style does not accept returns of intimate items such as accessories, swimwear, or intimates.
Vanilla Style reserves the right to refuse the return of an item if it's not in the original condition as shipped.

Please carefully check the dimensions of the item provided in the description for each item before purchasing to avoid the hassle of a refund. We have included the dimension of each item in the product description or picture gallery.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM
We greatly apologize for the inconvenience.

Picture of the fault or description of the incorrect item.
Please note that we will not accept returns of items damaged by normal wear and tear, and we reserve the right to determine genuine fault in clothing.
Once we receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will contact you via email to arrange a replacement of the same item or a similar item of the same price.
Refunds will be provided when these options are unavailable.

For all items in our VanillaVogue Handmade luxury range, we offer refunds only in the event of an issue with the item or a valid reason, such as a damaged item or incorrect product sent, etc. We do not accept a change of mind as a valid reason for the return of the Vanilla-Vogue items.
When returning a faulty or incorrect item, please ensure that care is taken and the item is returned in its original condition. All items must be unused and in original condition.
Please note that we will not refund if the item is not sent back to us.
